Using the store
You must provide accurate, current information and use the website only for lawful personal or business purposes. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login details secure. We may restrict access where misuse, fraud, interference, or unlawful activity is reasonably suspected.
Products and brand references
Product photographs, descriptions, sizes, packaging, ingredients, and colours are presented for shopping guidance and may vary by batch, screen, supplier, or packaging update.
Brand names identify product styles or references only. Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, items are not manufactured, endorsed, licensed, authorized, or affiliated with the referenced brand owners. Please review the Brand and Product Disclaimer before ordering.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting checkout information is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm that it will be processed. We may contact you to verify a cash-on-delivery order and may decline or cancel an order because of stock, pricing or listing error, payment or verification failure, delivery limitations, suspected misuse, or another reasonable operational issue. Any collected payment for a cancelled order will be handled through the original payment route where practical.
Prices, payment, and availability
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website and may change without notice before an order is accepted. Delivery fees and applicable charges are shown at checkout when available. Promotions may have separate conditions. Product availability is not guaranteed until order acceptance.
Delivery, returns, and refunds
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by address, courier, weather, public holidays, demand, or events outside reasonable control. Our Shipping and Delivery Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy form part of these terms.
Skincare information
Website content and support are general information, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Results vary. Review ingredients, directions, warnings, expiry information, and suitability before use; patch test where appropriate. Stop use and seek qualified medical advice if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.
Website content and liability
Website design, original text, and store materials may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, excluding third-party marks owned by their respective owners.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the store is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, external websites, customer misuse, undisclosed sensitivities, or delays outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing terms and contact
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. We may revise these terms prospectively by posting an updated version. Questions may be sent through our contact page.
